What happens when I book a consultation with a mortgage adviser?

Your mortgage expert will research the whole of the market for you and come back with a bespoke recommendation for your needs- all from the comfort of your own home! All of our advice can be provided virtually and/or over the phone!

Once you are happy with your recommendation, you will provide us with the documents required and your mortgage advisor will progress with your mortgage application on your behalf!
- Step 4
Your mortgage advisor will manage your case with your chosen lender from start-to-finish whilst keeping you updated every step of the way.
- Step 5
Your mortgage offer has arrived! Once you have your mortgage offer then its over to the legal team, to help finalise a completion date and get your new mortgage started.
